PIPE CUTTER INSTRUCTION MANUAL SIZE 400MM

INSTRUCTION

1.     Loose the screw of the blade cover

2.     Put the machine in the front of yourself

3.     Install the blade,lock the self-lock pin,tighten the hexagon screw and install the safety cover.

4.     Loosen the handle,open the arch plates,adjust the suitable position for the pipe,then

Tighten the handle.( Please don’t tighten handle too tightened.

5.     Pls ensure the four bearing of the big stand,2 eccentric gears and 2 back wheels on the arch plate

are impinge on the pipe.

6.     Plug the power cord

7.     Open the switch, press down the machine and ensure the self-lock impinged on the

Rotating machine until finishing the cutting.

8.     Loose the self-lock pin & handle.

WARNING

THE INSPECTION BEFORE OPERATION

1. Checking the blade,if the blade have crack,please change the blade.

2.When adjust the speed,pls turn off the switch,when finished the adjusting,pls confirm that all gears

are suitable,if the machine operation is not normally,pls turn off the switch and check the machine.

3.Before cutting,pls adjust the blade and the pipe,the clamping part can’t less than 50mm.

The arch plate must be fixed,pls adjust it through tighten-loose-move to front-move backward.

4.When the machine is working,any part of your body can’t touch the rotating parts,when

Operating,pls tighten your cuff and don’t wear gloves.When working,your head should

Keep away from the cutting direction.

5.When change the blade,measuring tool,lubrication,cleaning pipe head,pls turn off the switch.

6,When cutting,pls prevent the pipe head fly out to hurt other person.

7.Pls ensure the dust device is complete,then can cut.

8. In the direction of the material,don’t allow person to stand this direction.
